Your role will involve engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car purchasing process. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in the showroom, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our range of 4-wheeler vehicles. Conduct test drives, showcasing the features and benefits of different car models. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals. Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to finalizing the sale. Explain financing options, warranty details, and after-sales services to potential buyers. Negotiate terms and close sales effectively. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the specifications, features, and benefits of our 4-wheeler vehicles. Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Documentation: Assist customers with the required documentation for vehicle purchases. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales-related paperwork. Targets and Reporting: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and closures. Qualifications and Experience: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team.
