Annual CTC: ₹1.8 – ₹2.4 Lakhs / Per Annum

Join X Mottors as a Sales Consultant and be a crucial part of our 4-wheeler sales division. Your role will involve engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car purchasing process. Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

   • Interact with customers in the showroom, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our range of 4-wheeler vehicles.
   • Conduct test drives, showcasing the features and benefits of different car models.
   • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

2. Sales Process:

   • Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to finalizing the sale.
   • Explain financing options, warranty details, and after-sales services to potential buyers.
   • Negotiate terms and close sales effectively.

3. Product Knowledge:

   • Stay up-to-date on the specifications, features, and benefits of our 4-wheeler vehicles.
   • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

4. Documentation:

   • Assist customers with the required documentation for vehicle purchases.
   • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales-related paperwork.

5. Targets and Reporting:

   • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
   • Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and closures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
