Job Description : Company: Eldergarten India Job Location: Kolkata Eligibility: Graduate Experience: 2+ years in Sales Operations / Sales Coordination / similar role Annual CTC: ₹2.40 Lakhs per annum Job Description Eldergarten India is looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support sales activities, manage leads and customer follow-ups, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of the sales process. The role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills. Key Responsibilities Manage and track sales leads, enquiries, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for timely service delivery. Maintain customer records, sales reports, and MIS. Follow up with prospective clients and support lead conversion. Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance. Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents. Monitor sales targets, pipelines, and daily activities. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coordination and follow-up abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools. Customer-focused and target-oriented approach. Ability to work independently as well as with a team. Eldergarten provides elderly care and home healthcare support, including nursing, caregiver, emergency, palliative and other senior-care services.
