About Us:
LOQZ LLP, a leading manufacturer of PVC door locks, is based in Kondotty, Kerala. We are expanding our sales network in West Bengal and are looking for a talented and aggressive Sales Officer to join our team. If you are passionate about field sales and have a keen understanding of the sales cycle, we’d love to meet you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales operations across West Bengal by appointing dealers and distributors.
• Take orders for LOQZ LLP products, ensuring sales targets are met.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and grow the dealer/distributor network in the region.
• Manage sales collections and ensure timely payment from clients.
• Effectively manage and guide sales teams to maximize performance.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of the sales cycle, including target achievement, collections, and team management.
• Willingness to travel extensively (75% of the time) across West Bengal.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven and result-oriented.

Salary Package: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Plus TA & DA)
