Job Description:

Communique Concrete is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in Bagnan, Howrah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers in the assigned area.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Prepare and present sales reports regularly.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order fulfillment.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Minimum Higher Secondary (HS) qualification.
At least 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in construction materials or related industry).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage fieldwork effectively.
Familiarity with the Bagnan / Howrah region is a plus.
Own two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance will be provided).
