Designation : Sales Officer

Job Description : Job Description: Manorama Industries Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG channel sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with distributors and retailers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business and expand our presence in the market. Responsibilities: Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets in the assigned territory. Channel Management: Manage and expand the distribution network by identifying and appointing new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets and objectives through effective planning, execution, and monitoring of sales activities. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and development. Promotional Activities: Coordinate with marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and brand-building initiatives in the assigned territory. Inventory Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels at distributors and retailers to minimize stock-outs and maximize sales opportunities. Reporting: Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate or MBA in Sales/Marketing or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in hardcore FMCG channel sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of FMCG sales channels, distribution networks, and market dynamics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
