We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Civil Project Manager with a minimum of 20 years of experience in managing and delivering large-scale civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in civil design, construction processes, contract management, and team leadership, along with a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of civil infrastructure projects while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of civil engineering projects, from planning to completion.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring milestones are met efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and industry best practices to maintain a secure work environment.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineering teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review and approve designs, plans, and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance and feasibility.
• Prepare and present progress and financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and project staff, fostering a collaborative work culture.

• Minimum 20 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven expertise in managing and delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction standards, and best practices.
• In-depth understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and budgeting.
