Designation: Sales Manager (East)
Location: Kolkata (Local candidates preferred)
Experience: 2–5 years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Salary: ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

• Manage site installations of sub-soil drainage systems and related civil works.
• Meet consultants, architects, and clients to present and promote company products.
• Coordinate between clients, contractors, and internal technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the Eastern region.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations to generate project leads.
• Ensure timely project delivery, quality execution, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including site progress and installation reports.

• Strong technical knowledge of civil and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in managing both technical and commercial aspects of projects.
• Self-motivated and responsible; capable of handling field operations independently.
• Willingness to travel within the Eastern region (Guwahati, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Patna).

• Candidate should have a two-wheeler for field visits and a laptop for reporting and presentations.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.

• Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 per month
• Incentives: Attractive, performance-based incentives linked to sales and project completion
