Job Description : Job Role: Project Engineer (Freshers) Job Summary: As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects within the organization. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have a passion for engineering and are looking to gain practical experience in project management and technical execution. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. Technical Support: Provide technical support to client, including conducting research, analysing data, and resolving technical issues as they arise. Documentation: Prepare project documentation, including technical reports, progress updates, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks by implementing effective risk management strategies. Communication: Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues. Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement in future projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in MS office and general computer operation. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
