Role Name Project Director The Project Director role is a pivotal full time leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, cost efficiency and leveraging technology to enhance effectiveness of overall construction at our Sirakhol, residential campus. This role reports directly to the Head of Projects and collaborates closely with senior management to implement strategic initiatives and achieve construction goals. Work Location Sirakhol, Kolkata 52 acres residential campus in Sirakhol, with a construction cost of 600crores. Educational Qualifications 10+ years of experience Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (BE Civil) or related field; advanced degree or M. Tech preferred. Strong execution experience in the real estate/construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Extensive experience in construction technology, preferably within the real estate or related industries. Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, construction processes, costing & budgeting. Work Profile Managing the overall project’s construction, timelines, quality, local liaising, costing and workforce management. Incumbent should be able to work in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to derive actionable insights and drive solutions around the project development. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational processes and improve overall construction performance. Oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions to streamline operations, enhance productivity and drive innovation. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and competitive advantage. Establish and maintain operational standards and best practices to maximize efficiency and quality throughout the organization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement efforts High focus on quality of delivery.
