Designation : Banquet Sales Executive
Job Description : Handle all banquet sales enquiries, liaising with organizers and planners for site arrangements and requirements Able to focus on all types of banquet events such as Chinese, Malay weddings, solemnization, corporate seminars, etc. Secure and manage all businesses of banquet sales event to achieve the optimum department revenue target and overall success by controlling costs and quality of service Manage a list of clients, and use his/her sales skills to develop the sales of this list. To be able to use market knowledge to identify sales opportunities and propose specific solutions Close follow-up on new leads and hunt for new business Proactive in participation of planning and implementing market segments strategy set. Liaise with operational departments closely to handle logistics pertaining to every events or meetings
