We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Banquet Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the success and growth of our banquet services. Job Responsibilities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote banquet services and facilities. Respond to inquiries, understand client needs, and propose customized solutions/packages to meet their requirements. Create and present persuasive sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to clients. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events, including catering, setup, and client satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently generating revenue through banquet bookings and events. Keep updated records of sales, contracts, and client interactions using CRM software or tools provided by the company. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Banquet Sales within the hospitality industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software is preferred. Knowledge of local market trends and networks in the Bhubaneswar area is advantageous.
