Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various online platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and their digital behavior. Create and optimize engaging content for digital channels, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters. Manage and monitor social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement with followers. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring optimal targeting, budget management, and ROI. Monitor website analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Optimize website content and structure for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for digital marketing initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the company's digital presence. Monitor and manage online reputation, responding to customer reviews and inquiries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals. Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the finance or banking industry. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising. Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager). Strong understanding of online customer behavior and ability to analyze data to drive insights and recommendations. Proficient in content creation and copywriting for digital channels. Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
