Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline Minimum 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms Monitor campaign performance and ROI Generate leads and improve conversion rates Conduct keyword research and audience targeting Prepare campaign reports and performance analysis Coordinate with content and design teams for campaign creatives Required Skills Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to manage budgets and campaign performance efficiently Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume.
