Job Description : Position: Performance Marketing & Digital Marketing Manager Location: Kolkata Monthly Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 Employment Type: Full-Time R.A. Electricals is looking for a creative and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage advertising campaigns, design professional creatives, create AI-assisted content and publish regular social-media posts. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and optimise Meta, Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns • Manage Google Ads and lead-generation campaigns • Develop IndiaMART lead-generation strategies • Design product creatives, catalogues, carousels, stories and promotional posts • Create and edit engaging reels and short-form content • Write effective AI prompts for captions, scripts, images and campaign ideas • Independently schedule and publish content across social-media platforms • Prepare monthly content calendars and follow current digital trends • Optimise websites and landing pages for better conversions • Manage remarketing campaigns and target relevant audiences • Develop state-wise campaigns for market expansion • Conduct competitor and market analysis • Track qualified leads, cost per lead, conversions and marketing-generated sales • Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and campaign outcomes Required Skills: • Meta Ads Manager • Google Ads and Google Analytics • Canva or similar graphic-designing tools • AI prompt writing and AI-assisted content creation • Social-media post designing and publishing • Reels and video-content creation • Website and landing-page optimisation • Remarketing and conversion tracking • IndiaMART lead optimisation • Marketing analytics and reporting Candidate Profile: • Graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field • Relevant experience in performance marketing or digital lead generation preferred • Strong creative sense and ability to design professional social-media content • Must be capable of independently designing and publishing posts and reels • Portfolio or samples of previous creatives, campaigns or reels will be preferred • Strong communication, analytical and campaign-management skills
