Position: Financial Controller

Eligibility:

• Qualified CA / ICWA / CMA / CS / CA (Inter) with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

   • Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
   • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely preparation of financial statements.
   • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

   • Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
   • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

3. Regulatory Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
   • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate submissions of financial reports.

4. Taxation:

   • Manage and oversee all aspects of taxation, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
   • Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and payments.

5. Financial Analysis:

   • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement.
   • Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and growth strategies.

6. Team Leadership:

   • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
   • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.

7. Risk Management:

   • Identify and mitigate financial risks.
   • Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.

8. Cost Control:

   • Monitor and control expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals.
   • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective cost control measures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
