Position Overview:
We are seeking a young and dynamic professional for the role of Executive Assistant at our head office. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the Directors, managing documentation for tendering, drafting orders and official correspondence, and liaising with statutory authorities and Class Surveyors. The role also involves representing the organization in meetings with ministry officials and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare documentation related to tendering.
• Draft orders, letters, and official communications to vendors and other stakeholders.
• Liaise with Class Surveyors for drawing approval and statutory approvals.
• Assist Directors in day-to-day tasks and executive functions.
• Represent the organization in meetings with ministry officials and external partners.
• Manage schedules, reports, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications:

1. Secondary Education: Must have passed from CBSE or ICSE Board in English Medium.
2. Higher Secondary Education: Must have passed from CBSE or ICSE Board in English Medium, preferably with a Science background.
3. Graduation: First Division in English, Science, or Commerce from a reputed university.
4. Post-Graduation: MBA preferred.
5. Work Experience: Minimum of five years of relevant experience.

Skills:

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
