Job Role: As a Senior Manager in the Real Estate division of GCJ Group, you will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of real estate projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the local real estate sector.
2. Property Acquisition: Lead the acquisition of real estate properties, encompassing negotiation, due diligence, and legal aspects.
3. Project Management: Oversee and manage real estate projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
4. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of professionals, including project managers and sales executives.
5. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
6. Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards within the real estate sector.
7. Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and oversee financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• A graduate degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry dynamics.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven leadership experience and strong project management abilities.
• Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects related to real estate.
