Designation : Chatter Accountant
Job Description : Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control. Tax Compliance: Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for timely filing of tax returns. Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Review and improve accounting processes and procedures for efficiency and accuracy. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow projections and liquidity requirements. Optimize cash management strategies to ensure sufficient funds for operational needs. Audit Support: Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as required. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff as needed. Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
