Designation : Sales Co Ordinator - Export

Job Description : 1 Provide on-going support and information to key customers of the Exports. 2 Replying the  client requirements by demonstration of Product and Company presentation and convincing them to become OCA's Client. 3 Keeping  track of all Export Orders 4 Execution of all Exports Orders so that there should not be any delay for despatch. 5 Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey on a yearly basis. 6 Maintaining reports to measure sales target vs. achievement. 7 Sending introduction emails, reminders and sales calls to export customers. 8 Lead generation call to old customers or new customers. 9 RFQ management so that all RFQs are converted in Quotations for Exports. 10 Exports Quotation follow up so that all the offers pertaining to Export Quotations are converted in orders. 11 Export Payment follow up with Customers . 12 Certification renewal pertaining to all Chambers which are required for all export clients and also for introduction e-mails. 13 Maintaining  key account relationship with some customer  whom we might have to interact  regarding payment/supply problems /any other miscellaneous issues if any. 15 Preparing the list for Top Clients for Exports financial year basis. 14 Revival of dormant customers pertaining to Exports.
