Designation : Mutual Fund Business Operator
Job Description : Key Responsibilities Process and track mutual fund purchases, redemptions, switches and SIP transactions through NSE Invest. Verify application forms, KYC documents, bank details and investor records. Identify discrepancies and promptly flag issues for resolution. Coordinate with clients, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), registrars and internal teams regarding pending requests. Assist with account statements, transaction confirmations, nominee updates and investor queries. Maintain client data, transaction logs, MIS reports and records in Pocket Mutual Fund. Reconcile transaction status and follow up to ensure timely completion of requests. Candidate Requirements Working knowledge of mutual fund transactions, SIPs, KYC and investor servicing. Experience with NSE Invest and Pocket Mutual Fund is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication and accurate data entry. Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills. Attention to detail and responsible handling of sensitive client information. Ability to follow established processes and track requests accurately.
