Job Description : Job Description: Tender Executive Company: Safety Solutions Inc. Location: Kolkata Experience: Minimum 3 years Salary: ₹2.40–3.60 LPA Key Responsibilities Identify suitable tenders on the GeM Portal and other online tender platforms. Review eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial terms and compliance requirements. Prepare and submit technical bids, financial bids, quotations and supporting documents. Manage GeM product listings, buyer queries and online reverse auctions. Track tender deadlines, corrigenda, clarifications, EMD and performance security requirements. Coordinate with sales, accounts, operations and management to complete bids on time. Monitor submitted bids and maintain tender records and reports. Candidate Requirements Graduate in any discipline with at least 3 years of GeM Portal and online tendering experience. Good knowledge of government procurement and bid documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and online documentation. Strong attention to detail, communication and deadline management. Experience in PPE, industrial safety or manufacturing is preferred.
