Job Description:

Hira Panna Collections Pvt Ltd., a prominent player in the textile and clothing industry, is actively seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage dealer networks and drive sales across Eastern India. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Dealer Network Handling:

   • Develop and maintain relationships with existing dealers.
   • Expand the dealer network to increase market presence.
   • Provide necessary support and training to dealers.

2. Sales and Marketing:

   • Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.
   • Implement marketing strategies to promote textile and clothing products.
   • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

3. Travel:

   • Extensive travel across Eastern India to meet dealers and explore new markets.
   • Ensure regular visits to dealerships for relationship building and issue resolution.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

   • Provide excellent customer service to dealers.
   • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

5. Reporting:

   • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
   • Keep management informed about market trends and competitor activities.

6. Incentive Management:

   • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets to maximize incentives.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the textile or clothing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Remuneration:

• Annual CTC of 1.8 Lakhs plus Travel Allowance (TA) and Dearness Allowance (DA).
• Attractive incentive structure based on performance.
