Job Description : Ecoponic Agri Tech LLP is a fast-growing fresh produce company based in Kolkata, supplying premium fruits and vegetables to restaurants, retail stores, modern trade, and B2C customers. We collaborate with partner farms across India to ensure consistent quality, freshness, and reliable supply. Our focus is on strong operations, trusted relationships, and building a modern distribution network. Role Objective Generate new business opportunities Manage and retain existing clients Ensure smooth coordination between customers and operations Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development Approach restaurants, cafes, hotels, and retail stores Onboard and manage modern trade outlets and chains Present and pitch company products effectively Convert leads into regular customers Identify new sales opportunities in assigned areas 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong client relationships Gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction Encourage repeat orders and upselling opportunities 3. Sales Coordination Coordinate with the operations team for timely order delivery Track order status and resolve customer issues Follow up for order confirmations and repeat business 4. Reporting & Tracking Maintain daily field visit reports Track leads, conversions, and sales performance Provide regular updates to management Requirements Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred) Comfortable with field visits across Kolkata Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Confident in interacting with restaurant owners and retail managers Self-motivated and target-driven Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience in FMCG, Fruits & Vegetables (F&V), or HORECA sales Prior experience in field sales Knowledge of fresh produce or food distribution Who Should Apply Candidates who enjoy meeting new people and building relationships Those comfortable with field sales and daily client visits Individuals looking to grow in a fast-paced environment Candidates motivated to earn performance-based incentives Who Should NOT Apply Candidates looking for only desk-based roles Individuals uncomfortable with sales targets Those unwilling to travel locally for client visits Growth Opportunities Senior Sales Executive Key Account Manager Sales Manager Incentives Performance-based incentives will be provided based on: New client acquisition Monthly sales targets achievement Client retention and order growth
