Position: Head Chef
Location: Berhampore
Eligibility: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role in canteen/restaurant setup.
Salary: ₹2.4 – ₹3.6 LPA + Food + Accommodation
Job Description:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure quality food preparation.
- Plan and execute menus maintaining taste, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Manage kitchen staff and inventory efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Control food cost and minimize wastage.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Passionate about cooking and maintaining consistency in taste and quality.
- Experience in handling large-scale canteen or restaurant kitchens preferred.
