Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead warehousing operations and manage large teams across the region. The role involves driving operational efficiency, ensuring inventory accuracy, and overseeing end-to-end warehouse performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage regional warehousing operations and logistics Lead, train, and supervise warehouse teams Ensure inventory control, safety, and compliance Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs Coordinate with internal departments and vendors Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in warehousing/logistics Strong leadership and team management skills Good knowledge of warehouse systems and operations Ability to handle multiple locations and high-volume operations Industry Preference: FMCG / Logistics / Supply Chain
