RUEDA MICE PRIVATE LIMITED is a dynamic and fast-growing company in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sector. We are known for our creativity, attention to detail, and excellence in event execution. As we expand, we are looking for a passionate and talented Graphic Designer to join our team and help us create visually compelling content for both digital and print platforms.

• Develop creative designs for marketing materials, presentations, event branding, social media, and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual assets
• Create designs that align with the brand identity and enhance audience engagement
• Prepare layouts, graphics, and illustrations for print and digital media
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Stay updated with industry trends and new design software/tools
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and deliver consistent messaging

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional graphic design role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Ability to take feedback positively and make revisions as needed
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Experience in event branding and MICE industry design work will be a plus
