Designation : Digital Media Manager
Job Description : Key Responsibilities Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form videos, incorporating captions, motion graphics, sound and transitions. Improve video pacing, audience retention and brand consistency. Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, banners, presentations, advertisements and educational infographics. Use AI tools for editing, imagery, subtitles, voice production, audio cleanup and research. Manage content calendars, publishing schedules and media libraries. Adapt and repurpose content for Axiom Wealth, Axiom Insurance Brokers and AbhyudayOnMoney. Collaborate with founders on content concepts, hooks, visuals and strategy. Candidate Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro. Working knowledge of Canva and basic motion graphics. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, CapCut AI, ElevenLabs or Adobe Firefly. Strong creative judgement, attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and learn new tools. A strong portfolio; quality of work carries more weight than years of experience.
