Bathwal Corporation: It is a privately held organisation with business interests in the field of Mining, Steel
Production, Power Generation and Textiles. Keeping mining at the core, the group has its grown its operations in
India and the UAE. The group through its various companies has been effective in creating a name for itself in the
mentioned industrial sectors and continues to invest further in deepening its roots in the industry.
We are looking for a HR Head to lead our HR department. The key responsibilitiesinclude designing and evaluating
HR Process, Employee life cycle process, Talent Acquisition and Management, Compensation and Benefits
administration, career paths, overseeing all HR functions and crafting strategies that meet our business goals. If you

Responsibilities
• Craft talent acquisition strategiesto build strong pipelinesfor Present and future hiring need
• Formulate career development plans
• Promote inclusionintheworkplace andreinforce our position as anequal opportunity employer (employee

• Leademployerbrandingefforts(like recruitmentmarketing)
• Building and supervise HR and Admin Team
• Evaluate training and development programs
• Design and Drive HR policiesfor all branches, countries, regions
• Establishing PerformanceManagement andLearning andDevelopment approach for the
organization
• Analyse the effectiveness of our HR policies, procedures and tools.
• Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives
Requirements and skills
• PostGraduate inManagementspecializationinHR/IR,Work experienceof 10-15years, with
manufacturing industry experience, preferred fromMining orMetalIndustry.
• Experience in strategic planning and executional excellence
• In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
• Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS)
• Good understanding of labour laws
• Excellent leadership abilities
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge on compensation
