Minimum 2+ years of experience as an HR Executive/HR professional is mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee management. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities. Manage recruitment, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Handle attendance, leave and employee queries. Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related matters. Support employee engagement and workplace policies. Ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and procedures.
