Designation : Accounts Manager
Job Description : Candidate should have in depth knowledge of accounts, taxation etc. Vouching entry in Tally, GST, TDS returns etc. MIS reports to HK and Banks Exposure in MNC, Ltd companies with hands on experience in Tally, Return filing etc is a must with experience not less than 8years.. Should be able to communicate in English with Head office in Hong Kong. Candidate preferably residing in Kolkata should be good for ease in commuting. The job profile of the person shall be as follows: - Checking of Bills, payments and accounting in the Books of Accounts; - Compliance of accounting issues as per the statute; - Depreciation & maintenance of Asset Register; - TDS, GST, filing of quarterly/monthly Returns for TDS/GST & comply with statutory requirements. - Coordinate with Auditors to complete Audit and finalization of Accounts. - Coordinate with third parties like GST, Income tax departments for resolving their queries, scrutinies etc. - MIS Reports – as per company’s, Banker’s, RBI and other party’s requirements; - Professional tax, Provident Fund and its assessments, Shop & Establishment records; - LC application, checking and negotiation, coordinate LC drafts and its correct opening by buyers of Mn Ore and other products. - Preparation of contracts for sales & purchases and ensure signed copies are filed properly; - Records of Claim, demurrage/dispatch earnings to be maintained and recorded for each shipment. - Complete documentation for import of Manganese Ore to India. - Administrative issues related to office maintenance - leave, attendances etc.; and - Other instruction as given by the management.
