About the role

Sunil Kumar Agarwal Group is looking for experienced and motivated System Administrators / IT Executives to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure at our operations in Sikkim. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in managing servers, networks, and overall IT systems to ensure smooth and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain server infrastructure, LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across the IT network
Ensure data security, backup processes, and disaster recovery plans are in place
Install, configure, and update software, hardware, and operating systems
Provide IT support and training to staff as needed
Maintain documentation for systems, networks, and user support

Qualifications:

Certifications: MCSE / CCNA / CCNP (any one mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 5 years to a maximum of 15 years in IT infrastructure management

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: 20% hike on current salary
