Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Engineer to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in IT security products, with a focus on Symantec technologies, Altiris, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). You will be responsible for hands-on administration and implementation of security solutions, ensuring the highest level of protection for our clients' data and systems. Key Responsibilities: Hands-on experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection, Altiris, Symantec Messaging Gateway, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). Work closely with Symantec Endpoint Security, Data Loss Prevention, PGP Encryption, Altiris (Client Management Suite), and Symantec Messaging Gateway. Possess a deep understanding of Data Leakage Prevention technologies, including SMG (Symantec Messaging Gateway), DLP, CASB, Email, Network, Cloud, etc. Hands-on experience with the administration and implementation of SMG and DLP Solutions, covering Symantec DLP Endpoint, Discover, Web, Email, Monitor, and CAS. Maintain various metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure the efficient operation of security systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud security concepts and organizational network architecture. Utilize good presentation and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within the team and with clients. Qualifications: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT security, with a focus on Symantec technologies, Altiris, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). Strong technical skills in IT security products, particularly Symantec Endpoint Protection, Altiris, Symantec Messaging Gateway, and DLP. Knowledge of PGP Encryption and CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker) is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in Kolkata.
