About the role

Job Summary:
OAS Realty Private Limited is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Legal Manager to manage and oversee the legal aspects of our real estate operations. The ideal candidate should possess an LLB degree and have 3+ years of relevant experience in a real estate company in a similar role. The Legal Manager will be responsible for handling legal matters, contracts, compliance, and property-related legal disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including property agreements, contracts, and deeds.
• Handle property-related disputes, legal proceedings, and represent the company in court, if necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements related to real estate.
• Conduct legal due diligence on property acquisitions, land titles, and leases.
• Provide legal advice and solutions to management on property-related matters, risk mitigation, and regulatory issues.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and government authorities for permits, licenses, and clearances.
• Maintain updated knowledge of legal developments in the real estate sector.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: LLB (Bachelor of Laws)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal role within a real estate company.
• Strong understanding of property laws, real estate regulations, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal tasks effectively.

Job Location: Thakurpukur – Bibirhat – Bakhrahat – Raipur Rd Hatberia, Gazipur, adjacent to DPS, Joka, Raypur, Kolkata, West Bengal 700104.

Compensation: ₹5 – ₹7 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and qualifications).
