Job Description : Writing and checking of legal documents • Negotiation of terms and conditions • Support Investment Officers from LOI´s • Relation with law firms in countries of activity • Work with Group Compliance Officer • Establish policies, procedures and controls • Follow-up on any significant changes to applicable laws, regulations and codes and ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations and codes in accordance with the company policies • Support para legal associates
