Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Kolkata. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and market penetration for EIZO Visual Technology Monitors in the Kolkata region. Your primary focus will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share for EIZO Visual Technology Monitors in Kolkata. Identify and target prospective customers, including corporate clients, educational institutions, government organizations, and other relevant industries. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities to effectively position EIZO products. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, such as IT managers, procurement officers, and executives, through regular engagement and effective communication. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities, campaigns, and events to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate potential customers on the features, benefits, and applications of EIZO monitors. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities, providing regular reports and insights to the management team. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, consistently striving for business growth and expansion in the Kolkata region. Travel within the assigned territory to visit customers, attend trade shows, industry events, and meetings as required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development or sales, preferably in the IT, electronics, or display technology industry. In-depth understanding of the Kolkata market, including key industries, potential customers, and competitors. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proven ability to work independently and achieve results. Demonstrated negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders. Technically savvy, with a good understanding of display technologies and the ability to articulate the benefits of EIZO monitors to potential customers. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
