Designation : Business Development Manager

To meet our aggressive business expansion plan, we urgently need people for the following positions. A) Position: Business Development Manager Brief job Profile: The individual will be responsible for new customer acquisition by generating new leads, direct prospect engagement, need assessment, product demonstration, timely follow-ups and closure of sales to achieve the set monthly revenue goal. He/She will also be responsible for the basic customer support to ensure customer satisfaction & create repeat sales/service opportunity. No of Vacancies: 2 Required skills and qualifications Qualification: Graduate & Above (Preferably MBA/B.Com) Skills: • Sales Ability/Problem solving • Good Verbal & written communication Skill • Presentation Skill • Negotiation and Objection handling • Strong sense of Organization & Time Management • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, including spreadsheets, databases, internet & email. • Team work & Collaboration • Candidates having exposure in IT software Solution Sales preferred. Salary: 15-20K + Performance linked Incentives Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in Software/IT Product Sales. The individual will be responsible for: • Lead Generation, Direct Customer Engagement • Assess client needs and promote suitable products and give product demonstration • Meet with decision-makers and provide information about software products • Construct pitches and sales presentations • Negotiate sales prices, Sales follow-ups and closure • Building Relationship with the existing customer and ensure customer satisfaction to create opportunity for cross-selling/upselling. • Provide the basic support to the customer • Continuous Knowledge & skills upgradation to stay relevant in the field • Build relationship with different associations, chamber of commerce etc. and organize events • Work with the cross functional team to fulfill customer demand • Meeting the monthly/Qtrly. /Half-yearly and Annual sales revenue target of the organization.
