Designation : Tender Executive
Job Description : Executive - Tender is responsible for leading and managing all activities in support of the Company's sales support department for filing Tenders / E-Tenders while ensuring that company standards are achieved and maintained. Can able to Tender Search, Quotation/Offer/Bid Preparations, Online Bidding, E-Tendering, Tender and Bid Follow Up, Filing and Documentation etc. Offline & online tender (Eprocure , nprocure, all online website etc) Taking care of all tenders (GEM + Company tender+ Fill all RFQs Checking of all tender and related documents Finding new tenders from various platforms and sites Error Free Tender submission / Tender Searching Sales Support to Sales Team with in Stipulated time Offer submission within stipulated time period (Within 24 Hrs) EMD & Tender Tracker GEM Bidding Processing & Close the orders Strong computer skills, strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
