Job Description : Skill Required : - Strong commercial and financial acumen. - Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills and Experience of contract management - Strong planning and risk management skills. - Desire to work within a challenging, fast changing but also rewarding environment. - Extensive professional experience in a similar position including full responsibility for contracts and portfolio of projects. - Extensive and complex project management experience is an absolute necessity. Job Profile : - Tender for various areas of construction/finishing activities. - Quantity surveying work - Bill certification - Tender and contract management - Cost estimations and periodic comparisons with actual cost Any graduate / post graduate or technical degree holder with minimum 10+ Years of Experience, managing liasioning with Statutory Authorities, Vendors/Suppliers management,Store Management, good grip on QS & contract clause as well as finance. Preferable Industry : Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction
