Designation : Associate Factory Manager
Job Description : Job description In order to maintain our exceptional product standards and continued smooth running of our factory, we are looking for an outstanding and experienced Associate Factory Manager (Flexible Shift Day or Night), with experience in the Restaurants / Food/ FMCG/ Bakery sector. You will lead the production and packing team, in this hand on role and will have the ability to make decisions autonomously during your shift with complete control of the Factory during this time. You will ensure company quality standards are adhered to and corrective action is taken when needed and will report directly to the factory manager. As our new Associate Factory Manager, you will: · Have at least five years’ experience in the food manufacturing industry including at least three years’ experience in a Management capacity or a like industry. · Have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good numerical ability. · Have strong planning and organisational skills. · Be fully accountable for the manufacturing operation end to end. · Continually improve the development of the team, processes and efficiencies; enabling the broader business to achieve its strategic growth plans Your key responsibilities will be: · Full site operations on night shift. · To improve the culture and focus on team development. · To provide strong, hands on leadership and have a history of proven senior management, especially around people and culture –open communication channels and cross training · To be able to meet targets in a dynamic and fast moving business · To lead and co-ordinate resources to ensure the site is run efficiently, including identifying and exploring new methods of operating; with a major focus on continual improvement · To ensure compliance with required Quality, HACCP, Hygiene and Food Safety policies · To take responsibility for H&S focusing on LTI and Incident frequency reduction year on year This role is pivotal in allowing us to continue to provide all our shops, customers and Franchisee chains with the bakery products that has made Krazy for Chocolates a brand name.
