Previous Working Knowledge of Two Wheelers Industry ( Preferred Electric 2 wheelers To ensure the Customer satisfaction -Responsibly for Warranty Parts Analysis & their Counter measure -Resolve Service Related Issues at the Dealer end -Ensure Service setup requirement at Dealership-Provide service within TAT.
