As a Production Plant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing plant. Responsibilities: Supervise Production: Oversee daily production activities to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of production workers, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Quality Control: Monitor product quality at various stages of production and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain high-quality standards. Resource Management: Efficiently allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize production processes. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all employees adhere to safety regulations and guidelines. Machine Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the proper functioning of machinery and equipment. Inventory Management: Keep track of raw materials and finished goods inventory, and coordinate with the supply chain team for replenishments. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency. Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation as required. Training: Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of production processes and quality control. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
