Job Description : Job Description: We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer and Social Media Marketer to join our team in Kolkata. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing posts for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social media platforms. The candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing and content writing to create posts that resonate with our target audience. Responsibilities: Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts using tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar software. Develop engaging and creative content for social media posts, including copywriting and hashtag research. Schedule and publish social media posts across multiple platforms. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and improve engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices. Provide creative input and ideas for marketing materials and campaigns. Attend meetings and work closely with the team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Requirements: Proven experience as a graphic designer and social media marketer. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective content requirements. Basic understanding of digital marketing and content writing. Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar software. Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing graphics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and take creative input from others. Willingness to work full-time from our Kolkata office. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
