The ideal candidate will possess a B.Com or M.Com degree with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in accounts and taxation, particularly with proficiency in Tally software. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage various financial tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, recording transactions, and maintaining financial records. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and ledgers. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses. Handle tax-related matters, including filing returns, compliance, and ensuring adherence to taxation laws and regulations. Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and ensure accuracy in financial data. Collaborate with the team to support audits and financial assessments. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information. Qualifications and Skills: B.Com or M.Com degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounts and taxation. Proficiency in using Tally software is essential. Sound knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
