Designation : HR Manager
Job Description : Kshetry Group (Kshetry & Co.) is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage the company’s end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, statutory compliance, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and compliance Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices Handle employee relations, grievance management, and maintain a positive workplace culture Manage performance appraisal systems and strengthen employee engagement initiatives Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.) Maintain HR records, attendance, leaves, and HR dashboards Support management in workforce planning and organizational development Lead training & development activities to enhance employee skills Coordinate with department heads for HR-related matters and manpower planning Candidate Requirements: MBA in HR Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and policies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
