Job Description : Position Overview: CHEMTEX INK LLP is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive (Female) to join our sales team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales through effective telephonic communication. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce CHEMTEX INK LLP's products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Generate sales leads and convert them into successful sales. Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions and follow-ups. Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the organization. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve overall sales performance. Eligibility Criteria: Education: High School (HS) Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or a related role. Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a goal-oriented approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus. Compensation and Benefits: Annual CTC: ₹1.8 to ₹2.0 Lakhs per annum.
