Job Description : Job Summary: Binni Construction Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and maintaining effective liaison with government departments. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills and a background in administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations. Maintain and update records, files, and documentation in an organized manner. Coordinate and liaise with government agencies for various compliance-related tasks. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. Handle office supplies, inventory management, and vendor coordination. Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations. Address and resolve any administrative issues that may arise promptly. Eligibility: Graduate degree in any discipline. Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles with expertise in government liaison. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
