If you have experience in managing Dynamics AX 2012, Dynamics 365, and expertise in migrating from AX 2012 to 365, along with a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, we want to hear from you! **Position Summary:** As a Microsoft Dynamics Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 systems. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless migration from AX 2012 to Dynamics 365. You will also work closely with our Azure cloud infrastructure to support and enhance our Dynamics environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - **System Administration:** Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 systems, including user provisioning, security, and system configurations. - **Upgrade and Migration:** Lead the migration from Dynamics AX 2012 to Dynamics 365, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and data integrity. - **Customization and Development:** Collaborate with the development team to design and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations within the Dynamics environment. - **Performance Optimization:** Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance system efficiency. - **Azure Integration:** Work closely with Microsoft Azure services, ensuring a robust and scalable infrastructure to support Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365. - **User Training and Support:** Provide training and support to end-users, addressing any questions, issues, or concerns related to the Dynamics systems. - **Documentation:** Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes. - **Security and Compliance:** Ensure that Dynamics systems are secure and compliant with relevant industry standards and regulations. - **Collaboration:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and developers, to drive the success of Dynamics projects. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365. - Demonstrated experience in successfully migrating from Dynamics AX 2012 to Dynamics 365. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps. - Proficiency in system customization, configuration, and development using X++ and other relevant tools. - Familiarity with best practices in data migration and data integrity. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 will be a plus. **Additional Information:** - This is a full-time position. - Suraksha offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. - The position is located in New Town, Kolkata, and may allow partial work from home. **Why Suraksha?** At Suraksha, we value our employees and provide a dynamic and inclusive work environment that encourages personal growth and innovation.
