Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base. Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team members meet their individual and collective sales goals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Handle customer queries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within the automobile industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
