Job Description : Job Title: Technical Lead Developer Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata (Hybrid) Department: Engineering / DevOps Experience: 7–10 years Annual CTC: ₹6 – ₹9 LPA About the Role Predicta Digital is looking for a Technical Lead Developer to spearhead development efforts across Django (Python), Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks like Next.js. This is a hybrid role based in Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata, offering the opportunity to lead projects, mentor teams, and build scalable applications. Key Responsibilities Lead full-stack development using Django, Node.js, and Next.js. Design scalable system architectures and oversee deployments (CI/CD). Guide and mentor junior developers. Manage project timelines, code reviews, and delivery standards. Handle API integrations, web scraping, and database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps). Requirements Strong hands-on experience in Django (Python), Node.js, Next.js. Proficient in database design, APIs, and web scraping. Proven leadership in managing projects and mentoring teams. Familiarity with CI/CD, deployment governance, and Agile practices. Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker/Kubernetes. Knowledge of monitoring & logging tools.
