Job Description : Role Summary The Head – Talent Acquisition will lead the end-to-end recruitment engine for WealthRight’s fast-scaling Mutual Fund Distribution business. The role is responsible for building a high-velocity, high-volume hiring system for frontline sales roles across India, while ensuring HR operational hygiene including payroll coordination and statutory compliance. Success will be measured by Quantity, Quality, Speed, and Stability of sales hires. Role Objectives (What Success Looks Like) Consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly hiring targets Time to Fill (TTF) of 20–30 days for key frontline sales roles Strong Offer-to-Joining (OTJ) ratios High quality of hire validated by 60–90 day performance Early attrition control with a ready bench for surge hiring Zero payroll or statutory compliance lapses Key Responsibilities 1. Frontline Sales Hiring (Core Mandate) Own and drive end-to-end hiring for MF distribution sales roles Execute bulk and continuous hiring for Relationship Managers, Wealth Executives, Channel & Branch Sales teams Maintain a ready pipeline and deployable talent bench 2. Advanced Sourcing & Market Intelligence Build effective sourcing channels including competitor mapping, referrals, alumni networks, and field hiring Headhunt high-performing RMs and distributor networks Track micro-market intelligence on compensation, talent movement, and hiring hotspots 3. Business Partnership & Workforce Planning Partner with ZSHs, ASHs, and Branch Heads for manpower planning Create region-wise hiring calendars and funnel targets Support branch expansions and new market launches 4. Recruitment Process Excellence Design standardized screening tools, interview rubrics, and reference checks Drive SLA adherence across the recruitment lifecycle Track funnel metrics and remove hiring bottlenecks 5. Team Leadership Lead a 2-member HR team handling sourcing, screening, coordination, and MIS Set daily and weekly targets; coach for speed, quality, and compliance 6. Onboarding & Induction Ensure Day-1 readiness for all new hires Coordinate induction and L&D programs with 100% completion within 7–10 days Enable faster productivity through structured onboarding 7. Payroll & HR Operations (Oversight) Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with zero error Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, POSH, Shops & Establishments, Professional Tax, and state laws Maintain statutory records and support audits 8. Reporting & Analytics Publish weekly and monthly hiring dashboards Track TTF, OTJ, source productivity, early attrition, and funnel conversion Share insights and course-correct hiring strategies Requirements Experience & Industry Background 6–8 years of hands-on recruitment experience Strong exposure to frontline sales hiring in Mutual Fund Distribution, Insurance, Broking, or Wealth Management Proven success in bulk and continuous hiring environments Domain Knowledge Strong understanding of MF sales roles, distributor networks, and regional market dynamics Familiarity with compensation structures and productivity drivers Skills & Behavioural Traits Strong sourcing, closing, and stakeholder management skills Execution-driven, target-oriented, and field-smart High ownership with minimal bureaucracy Education Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Hiring targets vs plan Time to Fill (TTF) Quality of Hire & 90-day retention Offer-to-Joining ratio Pipeline strength and source effectiveness Compliance accuracy and induction completion Working Relationships Internal: CEO – Mutual Funds, Sales Leadership, HR, Finance, L&D, Compliance External: Recruitment partners, consultants, job portals, field networks
